Could my computer play crysis 2?

Ok I have a Dell xps 17 with 8 gb of ram a i7 2720qm CPU and a nvidia geforce gt 555 m sigg. Optimus, and i was wondering what detail setting play on 720 p and still maintain of 35 frames per second and what detail voile i play it on 1080 p with over 35 frames. Sorry to' ask alot but as a side note what programs can i Use to check My frames per second on games.
