Motherboard for overclocking?

Hi, i am building a pc soon and am buying an AMD Phenom II x4 955 because it is cheap and is easy to overclock to 3.8ghz. I am looking for a motherboard on pccasegear.com and have found a really nice one - http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_1207_803&products_id=17527 But i really dont need any of the stuff on it atm. Is this motherboard really worth the $175 and having to go will a bit less of a gpu or something? I may sli or crossfire but not for at leased 5 months. What do you think and could you suggest a mobo that works well for overclocking that cpu to 3.8ghz and isnt too much (im also buying a cooler master hyper 212 plus)
