Please help me out on my win 7(x64 bit) problem?

Despite the hype, Windows 7 does not necessarily recognize all of the RAM your system has. For example, on my Dell M2010, with 4 GB of RAM, it only recognizes 3.25 GB. Sorry, but you seem to be the victim of Microsoft marketing.
