Which (if any) music groups or musicians do you enjoy with lyrics in a language you don't speak fluently?

Without a doubt, I enjoy the work of Nobuo Uematsu. Most of his work is video game music, specifically for fantasy role-playing games such as Final Fantasy. Most of his songs are just instrumentals, but occasionally he'll have some lyrics sung choir-style in Latin, and very rarely will he make any songs with lyrics in any other language.
