Do i have a condition? help please?

I basically know 3 languages, English being my 3rd language and i can pretty much speak english fluently..people think i'm american here in the USA. Here's my problem though, I always TALK before i THINK. I sometimes say things that make no sense to anyone but me. I know it's because i never think what i'm about to say, i feel like my brain won't allow me to think before i talk..hard to explain. Is this any kind of syndrome or is there a name for it? I'd like to know so i can read more about it!
