Cant install my gtx 560 graphics card?

hej i recently bought the gainward gtx 560 1gb, but whatever i do with the power supply stuff i just cant boot with it i have a batteri with 600 w so that shoundt be a problem and my cpu can handle it im not very good with computers so i really need help what am i doing wrong ?

I have completed one year of university, but am taking a break from it as I am not sure what career path I want to follow. I live in Australia but am a New Zealand citizen. What does it take to get a job as a flight attendant in Australia and how should I apply? Are there any specific qualifications that would help me with a higher chance. Is it safe to end the process HelpPane.exe?

This process is eating up my cpu usage (45-50%) and i want to make sure it is safe to close it; a non-critical process, and if it isn't how do i open it back up if i want to. I want to have better performance and i don't use it a lot, but I sometimes use it, so i want to know if its safe and how to open it back up using windows task manager, or another way.
