Director/Producer contract?

I don't know the name for it, so, I'll try to describe this as lucid and fluently as possible. Let's say you're a new Film Director, Is it possible to come up with a contract with other directors and producers that says If you, the Director, make an established name for yourself and the films you direct (as well as screen-write, and edit) turn out to be big box office hits. Would you then say that those "directors" and "producers" that you're involved with have to keep up their end of the bargain in the contract? Whether it may be that you want a producer to budget your film or collaborate with another director on a film.
