How can i learn Korean on my own?

Are there any type of work sheets or 10000%free online programs? I really wanna learn but i need help what is the best way to learn a language? I speak English and Venezuelan Spanish as my mother tongue. please don't suggest Rosetta Stone ...been there done that. I would like to learn it fluently as if i had lived in Korea all my life. Please help looking froward to my 3rd language.
