A little help with spanish?

im getting ready to start a job at a restaurant and i speak spanish pretty fluently, the only kinds of words i ont know are like for example the millions of ways eggs are cooked..bt mainly just like scrambled or sunny side up (maybe called flipped)or poched (maybe just called boiled)....because while i would love to say every time no creo que se esa palabra ustedd los quiere -insert whatever words used to described scrambled or sunnny side up here lol-, thats time consuming at a busy restaaurant....someone please give me some words that would be helpful to know!!!muchas gracias :D
