Need some GPU upgrade help.?

I have a computer with a Pentium III 800mhz CPU, 256mb RAM, big huge *** case, etc. I want to be able to play games like COD better than the consoles. I heard I need a GPU for this. My budget is around 70 dollars. What can I get for this?
