What happens if you get "high" with medicine pills?

I took 4 vicodens. I just felt numb. It was not a social enjoyment like marijuana. Marijuana you want to do things like socialize or listen to music. I ended up falling asleep. I took 4 addreals. I felt calm, undistractable. Basically, I couldn't stop organizing things at my job. Ecstasy made me happy. It was crazy but I wouldn't recommend that drug to anyone.
