Will any CSU/UC's accept me?

Well, you can always retake the SAT. However, if you are already a graduating senior, and none of the colleges you applied to will accept you, I would suggest that you go to a community college. They're inexpensive, and transferring to the UC's from a community college is a lot easier than applying as a high school senior. Your diploma will look exactly the same as anyone who went to the school for four years.
