How can I download ACT! 6.0 on my Windows7 64-bit laptop?

I have a disc for ACT 6.0 from a coworker that I am trying to download and I get a message saying it is not compatible when I attempt to run it. The disc is designed for a 32-bit cpu, are there any tricks, or am I out o' luck? Thank you.
