I wanna learn spanishh fluently?

well i live in southern california, (inland Empire) & i want to learn spanish, so im thinking of moving to Tijuana for a few months to submerge myself in the language/environment so i can pick up on it more quickly, instead of taking pointless classes.... I know a lot of spanish already but I wanna lock that in! is this a good idea or no?
